Jun Luo

Jun has experience advising corporate and private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions through financial due diligence engagements.

Prior to his current role, Jun worked in transaction diligence at EY-Parthenon, supporting both buy-side and sell-side transactions. His work focused on analysing financial performance, assessing earnings quality, and identifying key drivers of value to support investment and transaction decisions across sectors including industrials and mining services, as well as transactions involving private equity investors.

Outside of work, Jun enjoys travelling, strength training, and exploring new cafés and restaurants.
