Training and intern program

Nash Advisory's training and intern program provides an unparalleled opportunity for aspiring finance professionals to gain hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Designed for high-achieving students and graduates, this program serves as a pathway to a successful career in corporate advisory.

Gain real-world M&A experience

Now in its seventh edition, Nash Advisory's training and intern program is a two-week immersive experience held each January, designed to provide aspiring finance professionals with hands-on exposure to M&A. Our structured program combines practical experience with expert mentorship, providing interns with a clear advantage as they step into the industry.

Participants will take part in industry-led workshops, hands-on financial modelling, and due diligence exercises, gaining direct insights from seasoned advisors and guest speakers from the corporate finance sector. This real-world exposure ensures that interns develop a deep understanding of business valuations, financial modelling, and strategic deal-making. Upon completion, participants become eligible for consideration for graduate positions at Nash Advisory, making this program a direct pathway into the corporate advisory industry.

What you’ll gain from this program

Interns will gain first-hand experience across key areas of M&A, including business development, financial modelling, and due diligence. The program is designed to provide a well-rounded understanding of corporate transactions, ensuring participants leave with practical, applicable skills.

In addition to technical training, interns will have access to guest speaker sessions featuring industry leaders, networking opportunities with key players in the finance sector, and one-on-one mentorship. The program fosters collaboration and lateral thinking, helping interns develop the professional mindset required to excel in investment banking and advisory roles.
