How many of these deals have you done in the past?

We have conducted 1 or 2 of these deals per year since 2012. These transactions are complex and involve a range of moving parts. In our experience these are our highest touch transactions and require great transparency between parties early on.

What type of investors do you have in your network?

We have an extensive network of individuals, SMSFs, HNWs, private equity firms and family offices both in Australia and globally.

Who is the best investor?

This depends on the areas of weakness in the management team. If all you need is a wealthy investor given the management team has sufficient depth, then you require a passive investor. However, if the team requires both capital and knowledge in areas of strategy and acquisitions, a different investor should be sought. We intend to match your team with the best investor considering these points.
