Kieran is an Associate Director at Nash Advisory, with over 8 years’ experience advising on mid-market M&A transactions.

Since joining Nash in 2018, Kieran has worked across a large volume of transactions spanning healthcare, tourism, real estate, media, consumer, and industrial sectors, with transaction values typically ranging from $5m to $80m+.

He has developed deep experience across the full transaction lifecycle and has built strong relationships with operators and investors across a number of specialist sectors, positioning him well to assist on future mandates.

With significant experience in the tourism sector, Kieran has advised on a number of high-profile transactions, including the sale of Lake Argyle Resort & Caravan Park to the G’Day Group, Red Cat Adventures to SeaLink (ASX: KLS), and the sale of Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures to Journey Beyond (a Quadrant Private Equity-backed business).

Kieran also has deep experience in the healthcare sector, including advising on the sale of La Bella Life to Healthcare Australia (a Crescent Capital portfolio company).

Kieran commenced his career in audit at William Buck, where he developed a strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis. Kieran's skill lies in his ability to delve deeply into data sets to find common themes or financial discrepancies.

A country boy originally from Albury, Kieran has a sporting background and applies this competitive edge to all work engagements he undertakes.
