Wow! We’ve just completed our COVID-delayed 2022 graduate & intern training program and we’re getting ready to start again!
Our 2023 program will follow a similar format as the last 2 years, with a practical deep-dive into:
- Business development
- End-to-end deal process
- Transaction document preparation – pitch decks, flyers and information memorandums
- Commercial, financial & legal due diligence
- Financial modelling (3-way modelling and DCFs)
- Business valuations
- Private equity investments

We’re thrilled to continue to offer opportunities to meet and learn from industry experts and business owners in our guest speaker sessions. In 2023 we hope to bring back our off-site business visits to supplement classroom learning with more practical application.
The 2023 training program will run from Monday 30 January 2023 – Friday 10 February 2023 and is open to new graduates and final/penultimate year students studying Business, Commerce or a similar related field. Following the 2021 and 2022 programs, 40% of trainees were offered ongoing employment opportunities. We can’t wait to introduce our new graduates in early September!
