Your questions answered

How will you go about searching for acquisitions?

We are experienced in conducting buy side processes for clients. We have access to a range of databases and other unique data pools to find acquisitions. We contact owners directly and quickly engage in discussions. We use smart tech, CRMs, mail marketing, and other means to regularly engage with acquisitions targets.

What are your internal processes?

Some industries may have only a group of 10 to 20 acquisition targets, while others have more than 100. We aim to build a list quickly and approach targets in the same manner. Acquisitions take time and patience is a must.

How much should we pay?

Our fees vary depending on the requirements of your engagement. Typically we charge a monthly retainer and a percentage of the final sale price.
