David Cohen

David has over two decades as an experienced executive across professional services, advisory & IT SaaS businesses. Adept at transformation and transition activities across both the public and private sectors, David has extensive leadership expertise with vast experience across many and varied complex stakeholder groups.

Prior to joining Nash David was part of a boutique executive and Board that scaled and grew GlobalX a technology company providing innovative technology solutions and support services for law firms, conveyancers, financial institutions, property planning professionals and government bodies. Following the successful sale to Dye & Durham (TSE: DND), David was part of the Australian executive merging GlobalX with SAI Global Property Division to become a dominant force in Australia. Prior to this David held executive positions at Gadens Lawyers, Six Degrees Executive and high net wealth family office operations.

David has exceptional leadership skills, a passion for automation and innovation coupled with commercial excellence to drive transformational change and business growth.
